Choose from a wide list of raw materials, including a variety of steels as well as coatings that enhance your blade's performance. The materials we offer include 1095 carbon steel, heat-treated stainless steel, tungsten carbide, and zirconia ceramic. Ceramic and tungsten carbide are relatively new on the market, and allow for greater wear resistance than many types of steel (especially standard carbon steel). If you aren't familiar with their chemical properties, we've provided a breakdown for you on our site, or you can always call one of our engineers for help or advice. When it comes time to create a prototype, we work quickly. You won't experience a long lag time between the discussions with our engineers and the prototype phase. We want to make your blades work as efficiently as possible, and we'll work fast to make it happen for you. We know that production downtime means big dollars, and our experienced engineers will speedily correct your current blades' problem.
